Studio Queen

The Studio Queen is a highly flexible room type that offers a Queen bed, with an optional Single bed in the same room. It’s perfect for a single or couple, or for two or three people needing separate beds. Located on the ground floor in the North Building, units 9 – 13 are situated next to each other so that adjacent rooms can be booked together for those travelling in a group.

Studio Queens are available in two configurations (Queen-only or Queen+Single), so please be sure to specify your preference when you book online.  Business travellers might appreciate having the extra floor space of the Queen-only option, whilst those needing separate beds should choose the Queen+Single option (or else a Studio Balcony which always comes with a Queen+Single).

The private patios face northwest, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind in the evenings and watch a spectacular sunset over the Kahurangi Ranges.

Like all rooms at Mohua Motels, the Studio Queen offers a complete cooking facility, which comes well-stocked with everything you might need to cook and enjoy a meal. The supermarket is just across the road.
