Balcony Studio

The Balcony Studio is an economical accommodation choice , especially for three people. It’s good for a single or couple with one child, or for two people needing separate beds. Located upstairs in the North Building, units 15, 16 & 17 are situated next to each other so that adjacent rooms can be booked for those travelling in a group. Note these rooms are located upstairs with stair access only (no lift).

A Balcony room contains a Queen bed plus a Single bed in the same room. (A ground-floor alternative would be the Studio Queen). Private bathroom with glass-enclosed shower is included.

Your private patio faces northwest, overlooking the calm pastures of Takaka. It makes for a perfect spot to relax and unwind in the evenings and watch a spectacular sunset over the Kahurangi Ranges.

Like all rooms at Mohua Motels, the Balcony Studio features self-contained cooking facilities that are well-stocked with everything you might need to prepare and enjoy a meal.
